Anhui FLAG Technology Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of material handling forklift trucks based in Hefei, China, announces the development of its brand-new 5 ton lithium-ion counterbalance forklift, tailor-made for heavy-duty working scenarios such as steel stockyards, manufacturing plants and cargo terminals.

After continuous market research and communication with global clients, we found many overseas customers including steel enterprises, material distributors and forklift rental companies are looking for powerful, low-maintenance electric forklifts that can replace traditional diesel forklifts for heavy load transport. To satisfy this growing market requirement, our R&D team launched the development project of the 5-ton lithium forklift.

This new 5 ton lithium-ion counterbalance forklift adopts a reinforced chassis design and heavy-duty solid rubber tires, perfectly adapting to dusty yards and uneven ground. The high-voltage lithium battery system supports long-hour continuous heavy-load operation, with IP67 protection grade for core electrical components. Compared with diesel forklifts, it produces zero exhaust emissions, greatly reduces noise and daily maintenance costs. The mast structure is strengthened to ensure stable lifting performance when handling steel coils, steel plates and heavy profiles. It can also be equipped with customized attachments such as coil clamps and reinforced forks for steel material transportation.

The 3D structural design of this forklift has been completed (as shown in the renderings). Our engineering team is now advancing prototype manufacturing and performance testing, to guarantee stable quality and reliable durability for harsh heavy-duty working conditions.
